The street of culture is a street exclusively for pedestrians. Its 450m length links the Complex 7~9 with the central commercial district, and uses by many citizens as a commuting road in the morning and evening as well as a casual strolling path. Well-grown zelkova trees and other plants are well arranged on both sides of the road. Tranquil music flows softly, giving those walking on the street a sense of happiness and calmness. The large ground fountain, located in the square at the entry to the street of culture, is very famous among citizens as it cools off the heat of summer. Moreover, the fountain is a fun place for children to play with water during summer season.
